2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Residents of the remaining 47 states and the District of Columbia are eligible to participate.
Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, as well as individuals living in their households, are not eligible.
Participants must provide accurate contact information and comply with these Official Rules.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on:
Start Date: October 22nd, 2026 at 2:00 PM PST
The Sweepstakes ends on:
November 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
All entries, regardless of entry method, must be received by the Sponsor before the deadline.
Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two methods of entry.
METHOD 1: T-SHIRT PURCHASE
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing a qualifying T-shirt through the Sponsor’s website.
One qualifying T-shirt purchase may be associated with one entry for an eligible individual.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of T-shirts purchased.
Purchasing multiple T-shirts for yourself will not result in additional entries.
Customers purchasing T-shirts for multiple individuals may submit separate entry information for each intended recipient, provided each person:
● Is at least 18 years old.
● Meets all eligibility requirements.
● Has authorized their participation.
● Has not already entered the Sweepstakes.
● Provides the required name and contact information.
Each individual may receive only one entry.
METHOD 2: FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY
No purchase is necessary to participate.
To enter without purchasing a T-shirt, send a handwritten entry request containing the following information:

Mail-in entries must be received no later than November 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.
Each entry must be submitted individually. No bulk submissions, automated entries, or entries submitted on behalf of another individual without authorization will be accepted.
Mail-in entries have exactly the same odds of winning as entries associated with merchandise purchases.

5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.
This limitation applies regardless of entry method.
Individuals who submit entries through multiple methods will not receive additional chances to win.
Duplicate entries may be removed, leaving one valid entry per eligible participant.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, false information, unauthorized participation, or attempts to circumvent entry limitations.
Entries will not be disqualified arbitrarily.
6. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected.
The winner will have the choice of receiving ONE of the following prizes:
OPTION A: THE COMPANY TRUCK
One used vehicle known as “The Company Truck.”

Approximate Fair Market Value: $5,000 or less.
The vehicle will be awarded in its existing condition, AS IS, WHERE IS, without additional warranties from the Sponsor, except as required by applicable law.
The winner will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before accepting the prize.
OPTION B: $5,000 CASH
The winner may instead elect to receive a cash prize of:
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 USD).
The cash prize will be provided by check or another mutually agreed-upon lawful payment method.
PRIZE SELECTION
The winner has the sole right to choose between the vehicle and the cash prize.
The winner may not receive both prizes.
The maximum approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,000.
Only one Grand Prize will be awarded.
7. WINNER SELECTION
The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted on:
Monday, November 23, 2026.
The drawing will include all eligible entries received before the Sweepstakes deadline.
Each eligible participant will have one chance of being selected.
The random drawing will be administered by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Sponsor may record or publicly broadcast the drawing for transparency.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information provided at entry.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to contact the potential winner.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.
If the potential winner:
● Cannot be contacted;
● Fails to respond within seven days;
● Does not meet eligibility requirements;
● Refuses the prize;
● Fails to complete required verification documents; or
● Is otherwise disqualified under these Official Rules;
The Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing.
The Sponsor will continue making reasonable efforts to award the Grand Prize to an eligible winner.
9. WINNER VERIFICATION
Before receiving the Grand Prize, the potential winner may be required to provide:
● Proof of identity.
● Proof of age.
● Proof of eligible residency.
● A signed eligibility affidavit.
● Applicable tax documentation.
● A prize acceptance and liability release, to the extent permitted by law.
The Sponsor will not require the winner to purchase merchandise or pay an entry fee to claim the prize.
Failure to complete reasonably required verification procedures may result in disqualification.
10. VEHICLE DELIVERY AND TRANSFER
If the winner selects The Company Truck, the Sponsor will coordinate transfer of the vehicle.
The vehicle will be made available for pickup in San Luis Obispo County, California, at a location designated by the Sponsor.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the winner is responsible for transportation of the vehicle from the pickup location.
The Sponsor will provide the documents legally required to transfer ownership of the vehicle.
The Sponsor is responsible for satisfying any outstanding liens necessary to deliver transferable title.
The winner is responsible for applicable registration fees, licensing, insurance, transportation, and taxes associated with accepting and owning the vehicle, except for amounts that applicable law requires the Sponsor to pay.
The vehicle will be transferred without any additional warranty from the Sponsor, except as required by law.
The winner acknowledges that the vehicle is used and may require repairs or maintenance.
The Sponsor makes no representation that the vehicle is suitable for any particular purpose or use.
11. TAXES
The Grand Prize may constitute taxable income to the winner.
The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local income taxes arising from acceptance of the prize.
The Sponsor may issue applicable tax reporting documentation, including IRS Form 1099-MISC or another form required by law.
The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
The Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements.
12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to announce the winner’s name, state of residence, selected prize, and likeness in connection with promotion of the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
Any use of the winner’s image or likeness will be subject to applicable law.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, or interfere with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
If fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend or modify its administration to the extent permitted by law.
Any modification must preserve the equal treatment of eligible entries and must not improperly reduce participants’ chances of winning.
The Sponsor will not cancel the Sweepstakes merely because merchandise sales are insufficient to cover the cost of the prize.
The Sponsor remains responsible for awarding the advertised Grand Prize in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release the Sponsor and its employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, or delayed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except as otherwise required by law.
15. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill applicable legal obligations.
The Sponsor will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its published privacy policy.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
16. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The Sponsor intends to publicly announce the verified Grand Prize winner after the November 23, 2026 drawing and completion of the verification process.
The announcement may be made through the Sponsor’s website, YouTube channel, or associated social media accounts.
The Sponsor may delay the public announcement while eligibility and prize acceptance are verified.
17. WINNER INFORMATION REQUESTS
Individuals may request the name of the verified winner and the prize awarded by sending a written request to:

18. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes is governed by applicable United States federal law and California law, without limiting any mandatory protections available to entrants under the laws of their states of residence.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
19. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in The Company Truck Giveaway, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to enforce the stated eligibility requirements and entry limitations fairly and consistently.
